Marta is the Chairman of the Management Board and a founding partner of NBS. She has established the company in 2005 and developed it from scratch. Marta holds an MA degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and completed post graduate studies in financial accounting. She combines financial knowledge and background with commercial experience and thorough understanding of the Polish market/legal framework.
Her focus at NBS besides overall management of the company is managing key client relationships as well as various ad-hoc projects. She remains actively involved in provision of services to clients. Within the services offered by NBS she acts as a company director but also undertakes more operational roles involving execution of transactions and managing investment projects. She held board positions of companies holding real estate assets for institutional investors being key market players, was involved in a range of multi million Euro acquisitions and refinancing projects.

Tomasz is a Member of the Management Board and a founding partner of NBS. He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Tomasz has over 20 years of extensive experience in the field of outsourcing of accounting services and has worked with clients from vast range of industries.
At NBS, Tomasz is primarily responsible for accounting and tax compliance services. His focus is on quality, efficiency and process optimization to include development and implementation of supporting IT infrastructure and tools.
